Candied Yam

Thanksgiving dessert is covered with Candied Yam ice cream. We use red Yams to make our ice cream base. Then we add marshmallows, and crunchy brown sugar, cinnamon, and oatmeal crumble to it. It takes just like your favorite sweet potato casserole. I'm ready for a my post feast nap now!
