Our Pistachio ice cream is made from a special blend of Italian pistachios, roasted and ground into a delicious paste for an amazing flavor. We also add whole, California grown pistachios for that extra punch. Our ice cream uses natural ingredients so you will find that it has a soft natural color vs others that you have seen. No bright green, artificially colored pistachio here!
